PHYSICAL FORMS:
Any student who receives a physical after May 1st
of the current school year is eligible to compete in all
athletics in the upcoming school year. All athletes need to
have a physical on file dated AFTER May 1st,
(current school year) to be eligible to compete in any sport
during the upcoming school year. The best time complete a
physical is May-July and then turn this physical in at
registration. A student will not be able to participate
in a St. Paul’s sports activity until a valid sports
physical is on file with the school.
